My dear friend in Uni shared a link with me one day; it's a link that she saw on her friend's Facebook wall. The poem is entitled " The Archipelago Of Kisses"

Well, it might not make sense to you at the beginning - but the ending is wonderful. Well, this is a quote of my favorite part in the entire poem

Then again,some people may find the last line disturbing =,=ll oh well, i like the poem though. Was reading it in the foyer of my Uni and i can't help but feel all fuzzy and warm inside when i came to the favorite part of the poem :)

How true it is that the "i do" kiss - the most significant one in our life (or mine, not sure about the perception of the other) Many will think that it is important to choose your partner for their first kiss so that they will not regret it. But, many times people DO regret their first kiss; thinking back about how jerky/ bitchy that ex may be. However, think about it. The "i do" kiss allows you to start a new life; a new family - isn't that wonderful? Ok, now i'm just rambling on and on, and I don't even realize what am I rambling about anymore.

I'm actually at the foyer now, gathering courage to approach potential participants. Ir really hurt my ego and self esteem when someone REFUSE to fill in my surveys.

Christmas :)

First of all, a Happy Christmas to everyone :)

It might not occur to you, but well, Christmas is one of those festive season that I truly enjoy. Hey, I might not be a Christian, but it is the time of the year that gives you the opportunity to give thanks for all the goodness that has happened in your life; a time that shows your appreciation.

I recall those times when I was younger, and my family use to just gather in my family's house to celebrate Christmas. We had a Christmas tree that we use to decorate year after year, and damn i still have some of those pictures that my cousins, siblings, and I took! Boy was I happy to see those Christmas presents under those tree - the thrill and excitement of waiting for the green light to grab those presents!

But, we no longer do that now - Christmas is no longer celebrated in my house; neither do we exchange gifts. Though, i still remember those years of exchanging presents with my group of friends when I am still earning :) now that I'm studying again, oh well, limited income =,=ll

So, i'll start the tradition of gift exchanging again when I have my own earning power back! :D and also, I would want to have a Christmas tree in my house in the future, just so i could sit by it and recall those wonderful memories :)

This year, I celebrated Christmas with the boyfie! first time in our three years together :D and I loved it! :D and also, on 25th itself, I'm flying over to see my sister and my brother in law! :D and i love the sound of that...hehe "brother in law" :) now whenever i tell my friends stories about my family or my experience- I'm eager to say "my brother in law" instead of "my sister's boyfriend!" hehehe~

Will be back to update about my Singapore Trip! ^.^ with pictures! :D

The week after~

A week into my holiday, and dayum am I enjoying it. Wish that it will last longer, and results will never be out :p but of course I also hope that they will not hold on to us cause of the results *daydream*

Anyway, I've been catching up on my reading - non academic of course. Will be crazy to dive right back into academic reading immediately after exams; that's a bit freaky. Not to mention, that I have also been catching up with friends~ awesome time chatting, and not worrying about assignments and studying for finals or even rushing off for class *bliss*

I've been so immersed and sucked in to the world that is created in the novel~ sighs..to the point that when i was chatting with a friend, i typed "bitten" instead of "beaten". I really really love the books by Sherrilyn Kenyon and also Kerrelyn Sparks - both wonderful and awesome....*swoon*

I have yet to do one of the many things on my to-do list for the holiday, that is to find a nice cafe with a cup of good coffee and read my book! :D

Will be updating again once I find the energy to transfer pictures from my Camera.
A few more days to Christmas, are you guys anxious to get your presents? *grins* Christmas time has always been one of my many favorites~ how i wish listening to Christmas Carols (mind you, i prefer the older versions as compared to the new ones - never did get the meaning behind them). My favorite Christmas Song would be "The First Noel", but that doesn't mean that I don't like the rest! :D

My Happiest Moment

What is My Happiest Moment? More like moments...
took me awhile to figure out what would be my happiest moment? At first I thought, "well, it will not be that hard to actually think of a happy moment in my life, right?" turns out, I was never more wrong.

I was thinking to maybe write about my time when I had my dream occupation come true, partially to be exact - a kindergarten assistant teacher. Then, some other happy moments came to my head from the back of my memory archive. Suddenly, I feel thankful for all these joyful moments that reveal themselves one by one. From having my first overnight trip with my best friends, meeting good friends in University, having spend time with my family, to meeting my boyfriend - all this, to me are my happy memories. But, what is it that I wish to relive most at this point of time?

It is non other to spend one more day together with my sisters :)

A walk down memory lane reminds me of those times that we use to fight a lot when we were much younger - especially with my big sister. I use to think that she's bossy, and it is unfair that she is good in everything - and obviously everyone seem to favor her more than me. Then comes my younger cousin sister, I use to have arguments with her cause I always have to give in when she wants my toys. I was also always compared to both of them in terms of academic achievement and also, what they call "being a lady".

But even then, those were happy times - happy to the extent that I will not think twice if a genie appears and tell me that he (or she) could send me back. As we grow older, we started drifting apart in terms of distance. My big sister left for studies and well eventually found her love and also a job outside of Malaysia. She comes back once in awhile - and those are really precious time that I enjoy spending with her.

Despite the distance, we still manage to have a meet-up sometimes - although rarely. We use to have road trips just to eat and come back to K.L during the Chinese New Year, then there were occasions when only two of us will get to meet, but never three. Come to think about it, we used to joke around saying we're the Charlie's Angel, the Charmed sisters, or even the Powerpuff girls. How silly and crazy we use to be - how much fun we had.

Not to long, my lil cousin left too, for education - till now, I highly doubt that she will be back for a visit so soon. Our lives move on, and though the technology advancement allows us to keep in touch - but it is not the same. She came back for a holiday last year, and that was the very last time up til now that the three of us had spend time. I miss them so much to the point that going back to when we always fight was fine to me, cause then, there were physically there - always within my reach. Probably, if I get to turn back time- then I would have treasured more of those time and not used it for little arguments and meaningless fights. The last time they came back, we were doing girly things that i enjoyed so much - we had our manicures and pedicures, stayed in a hotel, walking aimlessly in a mall, and even drink til late night

I miss those time that we use to hang out in a mall - stayed in the long queue just to buy doughnuts and stuffed ourselves crazy with junk food, and then complain about being fat.

I don't really mind the time that they gang up and bully me. Here's proof that they really did! They tried to carry me up and throw me somewhere - seriously!
Well, all I'm saying is that I know I can't turn back time. Therefore, I treasure every moment that I get to spend with them, cause well, I do not want more times of looking back wishing that I did or did not do things or said or not said things. I really love having my camera around - doesn't matter its a high-tech one, or just a simple phone camera. All it matters is I get to capture these happy moments - moments that I froze in time to remind me of their very existence in my life. Moments that I'm happy and thankful for. If I had to relive my life again, there is no doubt that I will stick around the both of you, Dodo and Wen. I love you both to bits~! *group hug!*

Big Bad Wolf Sale, 2011 (part 2)

Ne~ remember sometime back, I mentioned the Big Bad Wolf Sale? Well, I did end up going again on the last day. This time with my family :) My sister and brother in law went too~ *happy* and guess what? We ended up leaving the hall with 3 plastic bags filled with books. Here's the haul for the day.

Thanks dodo and Thomas gor for the books~ I'm going to have a very happy and fulfilling holiday coming up *teehee* Not to mention, I've already finish reading the manga that I bought from the First Faul

Awesome right? :D Hehe, 90% of my new book shelf is already filled~ looking forward to a new shelf :p and also more books! Disappointingly, they did not carry my favorite author this year :( Oh well, *shrugs* there is always next year~ :D

Well, you (even me) may always find things unfair or always hope for something that we could not get. Complain, whine, and throw a fit~ but I don't think that some of us actually pause to feel or be thankful about what we already have.

I happen to saw this video on Facebook, and well...i could not stop tearing watching it. For some reason, i found it inspiring, and i just want to share it on my blog - and hopefully, one day when i forgot the lesson I've learn today, I would be reminded of it when i look at this video again.

Big Bad Wolf Sale, 2011

It's back! it is finally Back! I've waited for a whole year just for this sale! *woots*

what sale?

THE BIG BAD WOLF SALE of course *howls*

So far, since the first day I've already went there twice! and I'm going to be going again! (hopefully, i need someone to take me there, cause I'm Noob when it comes to directions)

The first day, we took forever to reach the place from Uni =,= thanks to the GPS..hmph! thankfully, baby was being nice and all patient and didn't give up...cause i already did =,= So, on the journey with us was Nat, David, and Tze Ching. We had to key in the same exact spot/location three times before the "nice" GPS finally lead us to the correct place..OMG

First time i keyed in the full MAEPS location, and it lead us to this random shop area in Kinrara...fine! then we put in the coordinates, lead us to some area in Serdang. The place was like an industrial area, and yes it led us to some warehouse sale...but it's for shoes..NOT BOOKS! when i say it, i meant the "nice" GPS ok...so at last, jackson says that since we are already nearby - let's not give up and go on...SO yeah, the third time! and finally we were there! Thank god!

and here is my haul for the 1st day :D
Ok, obviously the "ultimate garage" book does not belong to me, and I'm petty sure that you know who it belongs too ^^ *teehee* oh, and initial D is not mine too~
I went there on the second day with Bestie,Fiona :) and her dad ^^ here's a quick thank you shout out to uncle for sending me there and bringing me back! We had to use this shutter bus thingy to the hall, as it is quite far away from the parking lot
this is the crowd in the hall, and it's is not even a picture of the whole hall yet =,= imagine that...then again, it wasn't hot or anything...the place is well ventilated and the air con is awesome~ :D though the queue at the entrance did gave me a shock O,OAnd here is my 2nd day haul :) i would love to get more, but there were too many books that i was overwhelm and i can't focus! >.< will be going back thr! that's for sure!

Yeap~ and that's all i have to share for now *howls* Oh! i've already read three out of the whole lot of books! can't wait til holiday comes~ yeah baby! :p I want to go and get more books! RAWR!

"Running Boy"

..And so the semester started, it might seem early, but we are already watching a video in class. This time around it is a Korean movie entitled "Running Boy" (duh! who did not read the title =,=)

Briefly, the story talks about a boy who has Autistic with the passion to run. Though from my point of view, I'm unsure if it is what he really likes or he knows that the running is something that will make his mom happy. Anyhow, when i watched this movie - i miss my two friends Aliza and Charis. this is because Farrah who is now my partner does not cry in movies! and i cried like there is no 2moro when i was watching this movie...to the extent that Farrah laughed at my puffy red eyes when the lights were on again...

So here are some of the pics related to the movie~

This is the part in the movie where Cho Won (the main boy) won a medal, and was asked to take a pic. And if you are familiar with Autism, they lack some expression. So this pic was taken without a smile on Cho Won...and in the movie, his mother had to teach him how to smile and cue him to do so :)

It is all the small things (that seem big to the character) that bring tears to my eyes. By watching this show, i guess i've learn not to take things for granted and be thankful for what i have.

This is one of the many things that Cho Won loves to do...to feel the wind when he runs and to touch the leafs or plants as he pass by them.

In conclusion, GO WATCH THIS MOVIE! IT'S GOOD I'M TELLING YOU...G-O-O-D! >,<

Field Trip to Hospital Bahagia

At last, the long awaited trip to Hospital Bahagia :)

Arrived in uni on time, but the damn bus was late - if i'm not mistaken there was a delay of almost an hour. Not to mention that my phone decided to be rebellious that day, because all of a sudden, the battery drop to half a bar! O,O

And duh! I was upset, and a lil panicky =,= coz well, if i can't contact my mom - i can't imagine what she'll do to me when i'm home =,= So anyway, when the bus came, we wasted no time in getting on - and that dude! omg! i don't know how did he manage to get the job, the first time in my entire 23 years of living, I HAD MOTION SICKNESS. Not from roller coaster rides, or extreme Disneyland rides - but A BUS RIDE! =,= not to mention he pull stunts as though he is some F1 driver - cutting at high speed and ridiculously close distant to the car (e.g.: kancil - i was afraid on the driver's behalf)

You should have been there to experience the "thrill". I was worried if an accident will happen. (if you notice that there are a ton of =,= up til this part of the post)

and like any other "visits" or "tour" we are always given a briefing of some sort...So here's the beginning of the presentation where the place is being briefed - from history, to the current, and the facilities that are there.
Well, and this is just me and Charis taking a self-pic... this is all thanks to the said bus driver who arrived late and mess up our timing; thus, we had to rush through everything and didn't even get to see half the things that we are suppose to see.
Despite the rush, we still manage a groupic!

well, this is the security gate to the "forensic ward"; the place where there are legal cases involve. We actually went in to have a look.

This is one of the ward toilets that we seen on the way, sorry for the blur pic coz the bus was moving =,= if you can see, the water tank thingy is actually kept outside.

Here are some of the greenness that you could see on Hospital Bahagia grounds- some of them are thanks to the occupants there :) they are trained and encourage to take part in activities, and the result of these plantation is sold in their pasar tani

Through the visit, I've seen with my own eyes a place that i have been hearing ever since young. True enough, that is has break down our my naive believe about the place before. Through the briefing, we are also told stories of some of the patients (no name disclose Wat-so-ever to protect confidentiality), and it is sad to hear that sometimes - the occupants are rejected not by society, but by their own family members. Well...i guess that's all for now...

Went for a nice steamboat meal today~ just the boyfie and me!
had 1384549588374829754859 scoops of ice cream! *woots*

PMS = binge, STRESS = binge...

yeap~ which explains my recent weight gain...sighs :( gotta be diligent in losing the during the holz :( *sadness* goodbye good food~

and so...after stuffing ourselves crazy, we had to have that dreadful drive back home *O,O* it is dreadful mainly because we were so full to the extent that walking itself seems hard...slight movement to our tummy causes us...i dunno...*shrugs* discomfort?

Yeah, that was how much we stuff ourselves =,=

And so we had to go through multiple bumps in the journey, and the boyfie commented

Long Forgotten Haircut Post

Almost a month back, I had a fresh from the oven haircut - and well, i told my sister about it. She wanted to see it, so i told her that I'll blog about it, and...hehe~ the rest is history (HERstory for my case :p)

Why did i cut my hair? No no no, it's not a fashion thing. It's because i could no longer stand the split ends! usually, the ends will just split into two ite? I had more than that - that one strand will split into two, and from the two, it will split some more! RawR~ Frustrated much :(

So yeah, went to Pyramid after class and chop of the hair! buahahhahaah~

At first i thought i look abit mushroom headed- then i put on the hairband and it seems fine (xcuse my bimbo talking, I'm currently experiencing information overload)

Then we walked to Starbucks to show Aliza my new hair, and we found her napping. I proceeded to wake her up, and in her blur state, I turned her head towards me. She peek with one eye and went "WOW"

After 15 minutes of walking, Farrah exclaimed

"i think I'm use to your hairstyle dy - to the extent i don't remember how you looked with your old hairstyle"

Judging Loyalty…or should I say “judging” and “loyalty”

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted something huh. What more a post with such title =,=

What would one most expect out of a relationship? Or What would your expectations be when you are in a relationship?

Every individual would answer these questions differently, but I am sure that majority would have included “love” or “loyalty” in the equation, and well, not forgetting “respect”.

Then again, many times I’ve come across break up cases with “it’s too boring” as the base of the breakup.

What do you mean by it’s too boring? Did you stop to think how the other party might feel? What’s so boring? Who made it boring? And obviously, who in their right mind would point faults at themselves? It is always the other person’s fault… "oh, she’s not caring enough” , “oh, he’s not accommodating enough”, or even “well, there are many temptations”.

And the famous one

Better in what sense? Better looking? Smarter? Richer?

Hey look! You’ve already know all this when you decide to commit to this relationship. Then why are all these flaws the reason that you are breaking up? Didn’t you already know all these flaws? I’m sure it doesn’t just develop overnight! What happen to through thick or thin, and till death do us part? (ok, this is too extreme, but yeah! ) Isn’t that what being in a relationship is all about?

You know, if given the time and space - I can ramble on and on about this issue =,=

But what got me started on this rambling?
it is this one picture that I came across, and I can’t help but think that it is true.

"Priest" Premiere ~! woots

It's been some time since I went to the cinema to catch a movie, and I recently wanted to try my luck out with Nuffnang's Screenings again. Imagine my surprise when i receive

the invitation to watch... PRIEST!

Before i go on further, this is the trailer! :D
It's awesome, trust me!

yeap, so baby and i went to collect his new "toy" from P.J - DHL, then head over to Mid Valley. Did i also mention that Charis and Aliza was there for the premiere too? so yeap, they were there, and they met us in Starbucks, as i was enjoying my FREE frap with baby~ *Woots*

Anyway, we had nice seating for the movie, and this time around the premiere ticket is AWESOME! cool much~!

and i has my second "I ♥ Nuffnang" tag thingy! :p
And the funny part is, this time around we had to surrender all our electronic devices before entering the hall. So imagine us, stuffing all of our things into baby's bag, so that we only need to surrender ONE bag instead of the many bags that we have. After the movie, we went to collect the bag, and one of the staff commented in Cantonese "the heaviest bag of the lot" :p LOL! obviously! we had like 3 laptops and 5 handphone(s) in there! :p

*WARNING: MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS IN THE REST OF THE POST*

Overall, the movie was interesting. I especially like the Priest concept, and was angry with the "elders" when they disagree with the Priest (Paul Bettany), and insist that the people were safe (from the vampires). and OMG! this movie really change my opinions of vampires, so they are not as handsome as those mentioned by Sherrilyn Kenyon , or Stepanie Meyer. They were the freaking ugly, alien look-a-likes! and they shriek!
If you're into suspense and action, i guess this show would be ok for you. Not to mention that i like the tattoo on the PRIESTS! :D though i won't want one for myself =,=

If i were to give a rating for this movie, i would say 3.5/5?
minus .5 coz vampires were ugly! :p
hahahaha~

Well, to be fair, it's not really a social gathering to me...coz I'm not very sociable? and people tend to just mix around with their own gang neways. what would a stranger matter? Again, the dinner started late, and ended later than it was suppose to be :-( i really don't it when things like that happens, kinda mess up my plans. You see, i think i owe my sister a post =,= cause she's jealous that i have an appreciation post for my friends but no ♥ for my own sister *awwwwww....* but but but *sobs sobs* i thought you understand w/out words! *dramatic much*

Well, what am i to say? (i hope khai and KH don't come and tell me that they need a post for the brother ♥ - coz that would mean that i have to vomit out more "bulu roma also naik" words! *faints*)

So here i am wanting to thank my sister Joanne Lin, and my cousin sister Tania Teh for being the best sisters that anyone could ever ask or wish for. Well, for starters i think i should talk about the fact that i use to be in war with my sister...for all that i remember, the moment we have eye contact or even when we pass by and the sleeve of our shirt touch - there will be catfight =,= yes, that's how bad it was. Then came some truth crashing down, and i can't help to notice that she's like a pillar of support to me, protective and encouraging and not forgetting believing in me. All the time when i was younger, i always long for a protective older brother and envy my friends who have one - and den i realize what i want in a big brother has earlier on been given to me in the form of an older sister. So yeaps, here is saying thank you for being there whenever i need you - despite the fact that you are far away from home, you took the time to care if everything is ok be it with me or with the family. Many might not understand my actions or thinking, and at times you might reject my decisions like a responsible adult -but deep down i know if i insist, you will be supportive, and be there for me if i ever fall to pick up the pieces. thank you for giving me all the opportunity to enjoy what i could enjoy, and more! thank you for pampering me, and giving in to my childish demands of wanting macaroons, pictures, and the endless supply of Manga(s).

And as for wen wen... i dunno, i guess you satisfy my need to pamper lil sister, though we have our frustrated and annoyed moments- deep down me loves you very much. thanks for being my secret bearer when i need to load stuff out of my system, and well, just being there when i needed someone to be. And of course, me has fun bullying you! buauahahah! Don't complain that ur paragraph is shorted than dodo's - well coz technically i spent more years with her than with you :p buahahaha

conclusion? Me is thankful to have both of you as my sisters, and me loves you guys loads! :D

How not to love your friends?

If you were to ask me, there is 1001 reasons to love your friends, and to appreciate them ofcourse. Out of the blues today (I've decided to be sentimental), and oh well, do a post of friends appreciation - more like how much and why i appreciate them.

Let's start with the very recent one... let's see, 5 mins ago, i tweeted that i was annoyed by my very "adorable" brother, and oh well Charis asked if I wanted her to slap him on my behalf. To which I happily replied YES! and what she did? She sent me...

and a few hours back. I kinda spilled my drink all over the floor of the study area due to my own carelessness (see Farrah! I'm taking responsibility [that is if u're reading this] embarrassed). Both Farrah and Aliza didn't even bother with the weird stares that were given by people around us, and helped me clean up the area...taking strings of tissue after strings of tissue from the toilet! And Farrah even stayed back longer than she needed to just so to accompany me :)

And few years back,in CIMP - I have bibi and sarah day in day out to joke with, and talk nonsense with. Not to mention the amount of "advice" that we get from one another.

And rewind back to the many year of my life before me, my high school gang - the AKUMA..non other than Li Lynn (the beautiful pressie), Fiona (the almighty vicey), Yuki aka Michelle aka Chooi Yee (the sexay right hand "man"), and Jessica (the crabby prince :p) - they have always been there whenever i needed a good laugh, and they make my high school experience an AWESOME 1! :D

Thank you to all of you that has turn my smile up the right way when it has been put on by me the wrong way down :)

Confused Librarian- the use of "-ing"

Well, what is “eating”, “drinking”, and “talking”?

People add “–ing” to a word for a reason, to describe it being an action, no?

Why am I being bitchy about this even though I don’t have the best English vocabulary, standards, ability or whatsoever?

You see, I brought some CNY cookies for my friends to eat, and well, naturally we cannot finish everything. So we pack everything, went to the library and do our assignments - and the cookies? they were just on the table..close lid! not opened, in the plastic bag - and hell! i swear we were just doing our own stuff and not eating. So many of the library staff walked by, and didn't say anything. Out of nowhere, some OLD WOMAN! came...

Guess what? she approached us on the table and said,

"excuse me, *points to the bag of cookies* please put this outside. You are not allowed to eat in the library."

WTF?!

It is food, as in FOOD! Not EATING!

I wouldn’t have been so pissed if she had reasoned it out nicely like for example by telling us that others might have misunderstood that we were eating, and maybe request us to keep it by our side instead on the table..no! she have to go highlight to us the freaking rules

“it says here *points to rule paper* ‘no eating, drinking and talking strictly’, STRICTLY. So please go put this *points at cookies* outside”

I wouldn’t have been so pissed if she didn’t emphasize the effing “strictly” when it doesn’t even make sense? I mean, did u see us eating?! Bloody hell…Felt like slapping her face! So stuff the cookie down her throat and show her what is eating or the meaning of “-ing” is all about …it is stuff-ING! When I force the cookies down your throat, dammit!

and suddenly in my eyes, she became this!:p

And best part, you know what she says after?

“for drinking, we only tolerate water….” .

It’s your own librarian’s fault for not telling us when we enter..by telling us that eating is strictly prohibited when u see the food (and we were doing our work) , is the equivalent to accusing! There u have it the action that says u accuse! – accusING!

And if in the event, she mentioned "no food and drinks allowed in the library" instead of "eating, drinking, and talking STRICTLY prohibited" - I would have apologize sincerely...
by her saying the latter "rule". She, herself has go against the rule...why?
well she was TALKING to us! =,=
Confuse much? this librarian honestly need to set her rules right :p

More than just flowers...

It's amazing how something so simple could convey a meaningful message.

I've been fascinated by the meanings of certain flowers for some time now... My 1st encounter with flowers (and knowing the meaning behind it) was some years back where my sister was involve in some "valentines project". Got to know that certain flowers mean something, even the colour and the amount given plays a part. Ofcouse back then, i couldn't careless - was just a fascination that i got over with quick.

Then my interest spark again with a Manga that centers around "flower arrangement" and the drawings were so beautiful - I was then reminded of why i love watching nature so much. I went crazy snapping pictures of flowers in some "park" or "garden" in Cameron...and i particularly ♥ one of the flowers there...didn't know the name until recently

Hydrangea

is the name... it has such a deep meaning and beautiful history... read about it in an article called The Meaning of the Blue Hydrangea

Awesome, den i proceed to Google what would Hydrangea look like in a bouquet, and look at all the beautiful results i have! :D ♥ the colour combi of some, and the arrangement of others...and they are GORGEOUS *goes crazy*

This is definitely my favourite out of the lot! so awesome :D and the colour is just perfect~ *dreamy mode = on*

It's awesome! yeah, i know I'm bias that way- coz I ♥ Hello Kitty. But seriously? I find that the game is not too bad, but knowing me, I get bored of it Ultra Fast. So i have to so call "detox" 2-3 days after playing it for one day - or else I'll discard the game earlier than expected =,=

The game is kinda easy to learn, and you'll get a hang of it very fast.Let's see, the game is like a combination of many facebook games :p
Basically, you create a character, and you'll go through a "training ground" call the "Dream Carnival" (sounds so fantasy like - i ♥) and there you'll learn the game...acquire skills and get a hang of the game. But whatever you've learned in Dream Carnival will not be valid when you leave for the "real world"

I was in KL one day with my mom - to be precise I was in Sogo. We were waiting for dad to get things done. Was in a SUPER BAD MOOD MODE!

The title season of the witch must have reminded some of you about Halloween, right? I mean, what other day would best signify the existence of the witches?

But no, I’m not gonna talk about the “season” or the “day” itself~ let’s start with the witches and then on to the movie *winks*.

Well, the purpose of me writing this blogpost about witches and all is so that i can win tickets from Nuffnang to watch "The Season of the Witch" and hopefully get the other "magical" prize as well :D So, why not share the movie with you guys before i move on? :D

3. I am worry that everytime i sleep, i won't wake up in the morning thanks to the "all-so-beautiful" curse that this "lady" has to offer

Persuasion, something that I think that I'm not good at. Now, it's time to confirm my perception, how? u may ask.

By My Marks OF COURSE! ----> but i guess, we're good...as in..our lecturer said that our presentation was ok, so i know it's not a failing grade.

Oh! Did i mention that my partner this time is Aliza?
Our topic for this presentation was ..Divorce: A good solution for the children.

We did our presentation to persuade couples who are in a problematic relationship (extreme problematic, we meant) to NOT stay in the relationship, even more..NOT to use their children as excuse for staying.

Yik Peng and Deena presented on a very emotional topic...some of us cried in class because of the video that they made. guess what wast their topic..

"do not send your parents to the old folks home"

I think it's a good topic, and their presentation was real good. A lot of people should realize the emotional trauma that these old folks are experiencing. There was an example given..

"this family lie to the old folk to say that they were going to a nice place and it's quite a distance. So the old fold, convinced, follow the family members..they drop him/her (dun quite remember the gender) at the old folks home, and they never came back since."

How cruel and humans be? Don't they know that the old folks have feelings too?

I have valid reasons for not updating! I can list them~

1. I was sick for almost a week, and most of the time I am "drugged"

2. I was (still am) buried under assignments - deadlines are close to one another =(

3. Finals is approaching! i need grades~

I'm already in Year 2,so from this sem onwards, everything goes into my cgpa *dang!*

Just handed in a critical review today, and went to Pacific Coffee to study with Aliza, Charis, and Farrah...then Baby dropped by to accompany me for a bit before heading off to gym ^^ got some work done today - finished my dataset...then we were left idle for awhile, as the server for the library is down, so we can't access any journals what so ever ...yeah! it's that bad..sighs~♥

Feeling abit miserable now - for this week, I've been in Uni 6/7 days~ Cool ite? NOT! sighs...

so anyway, was back in Uni to be student helper for the above workshop. I've attended the same workshop back in Nov'2009, but back then it was way way cooler and well, maybe more interesting.

how some people do not know how to queue *swt much*
even more SOME who do not know how to help, when clearly that said person is suppose 2 *swt even more*

OMG~ i had the most annoyed morning ever - courtesy to the "nuisance" that was there...FYI, "nuisance" being human..don't even wanna talk about it here - oh well, i'm considerate that way :p what is that person stumble upon my dear blog :p (actually it's juz the fact that she annoyed me with 1001 things - and i'm lazy to list em out)

Anyway, this is my partner of the day...

We did registration and wrote certs together, and she kept me company~ so thank lyssa! :D owh~ and i must add that we loiter together LOL~ and she had fun with some worm game on my laptop~ :p

After the wrap up of the event, we drove ova to the Hospital to get BIBI and we hanged out in Fullhouse,Pyramid...

Recently for communication skills class, we were required to conduct a informative presentation...either in pairs or solo ^^ One of my course-mate presented the above title...it was funny and interesting because of the examples that was given..she had another male course-mate (may i point out that he is the only male in that class) to act out the response of a "bf" that she's gonna dump.... N his face throughout was S-T-O-I-C....so u can imagine how hard i laughed.

Funny ite~ i like the part where the guy is like holding on to the gal's leg..damn funny! the whole class broke into laughter...so anyway...below are some of her points (as far as i can remember =( )

You should break up with your bf when:

He is not considerate anymore
He is too possessive to the extend of being physically violent

Two Year Mark~

Special numbers this year huh? first it was 10.10.10 which marks my 22nd birthday...and few days later 20.10.2010 which marks OUR ANNIVERSARY~♥...

I think it's amazing how we have made it this far...
And relationship being a commitment and interaction between two person...we have had our ups and downs and I'm glad that we have manage to make it this far (and i hope more ^^)

We did not celebrate much, just spent quality time together, and i've enjoyed every moment of it.

Baby was being considerate the entire time, i was nodding of a few times coz I've pulled a all nighter the night before *cries*

the afternoon was spent in Pacific Coffee (in Puchong) some place we've discovered not long ago :D and later had dinner in some food court in Puchong afta an adventure of discovering it *laughs*

We did a presentation on "presentation skills" ....

Why is it that for a moment, i thought i saw crows fly by with loads and loads of "...." and "swt"?

Must be hallucinating...once again..

But i was quite happy with the presentation, we kinda Nailed it...in away...

Ofcoz from our side, we are 4eva not happy with the effort that we have put in, and we always think that it's not enough...but how true is it? There is currently no valid measurement to measure..why? Our results are not out yet what :p

Feedback was quite positive from the participants, namely our own classmates....from Ms.C, there were better comments as the comments were constructive, points out the good and the bad points of our own presentation skills

Overall, I'm happy that it's over and done...Next up on Tuesday is another presentation for Comm Skills... this time, I'm team with Aliza =)

Could you imagine how worry I was, thinking that something might have happened, and he din manage to get me =(

New Semester; New beginning

Yeap~ Just started the beginning of Year 2 yesterday, and boy am i going crazy...
I have 4 subjects this semester

Brain and Behaviour
Education Psychology
Communication Skills
Personality Psychology

Guess what? second day in class and my assignments are....like a mountain

First day of lecture - 1st lecture I'm ....

first day of lecture - 2nd lecture I'm

and I'm thinking sooner or later I'll be working like...

and the entire time when i was in the lecture....this is goin on in my head....

Well Brain and Behaviour is kinda self- explanatory....it's about how the different part of the brain has different function, and how medication could help/not help...in order words...effect of medication on brain..and how does that affect behaviour...

In Educational Psychology...well, how u teach?

as for Personality? well, i have yet to attend lectures yet...it's 2moro...
so...

Communication Skils class is fun today, even with heavy assignments, it doesn't feel as stressful... The lecturer is really fun, and well, in my opinion her presentation skills is not too bad...den again, that mite be the reason she's teaching communication skills ite?

Oh oh~ I'm gonna be learning how to bake from Charis. Don't get me wrong people! it's not like i have the free time..it's part of assignment yo! It's one of our Education Psychology assignment, and I'll be teaching Aliza hiragana and simple japanese ...we have to write a report on it, as well as assess our 'student' =,=

Other than that we also have to build a brain model for brain and behaviour...my head is practically THUMPING as i type this..wanna know why?! coz i dunno how to do!

I better head of and do more research now~

Had a wonderful weekend (forgetting coming semester as well as results and scholarship) - spending it with my siblings and cousins~
Had a wonderful "catching-up" time with the girls~
Had fun dipping into the cold pool when the sun is up high ( i think i have gotten 2 shades darker - thanks peeps! enjoyed it nevertheless)
Had nice singing session in RedBox~ 3 freaking hours ok...
Nice BREAKFAST with u peeps~ I think i can have breakfast like that every single day!!!
All in All...it's juz nice spending time with all of you~

...Wonder when will be the next hand out session *sadness*...

Anyway...here are some of the things that we were up to~

On Saturday morning..the 3 girls.... + the MOMs went to the saloon in TTDI~
We all had something we wanna do with our hairs...mostly treatment...and ofcourse the younger 1s gets pedi and medi courtesy of my dear sista~ Dodo!!!! =D

Later the same night, we had Durian Session and "birthday for everyone" session =)

Our next day, we left early and headed towards THE CURVE...walked abit, had abit of starbucks, shopped...and 3 whole hours of...

After that we headed over to One World hotel =) to check in, we fool around in the room for a bit...and headed to OU for dinner~ and dessert! We also bought "drinks" back to the hotel~ the girls and the boys had separate roooms! cool ite~

The next morning, we had yummy buffet breakfast...wish i could have 1 every morn =D [im greedy, i know - but hey, i'm only human] ...after that,we went up to the room to rest for abit b4 we head for the pool ~ the rest of the day is kinda fuzzy to me...STML ...Don't blame me!!!!

After weeks of waiting, and TWO whole nights of a sudden increase in Anxiety and blood pressure...my results are finally out..

and I'm glad to say that....

I DID NOT FAIL!!!!

2As and 2Bs..not bad ite? I was actually expecting fails or borderline pass~
it was such a relief~!!!

I thought that the uni was trying to kill us by torturing us with anxiety - the results are out really ...really x 10000000000000000000 slow...serious!

and the state that I am? Is no where near that freaking definition provided ...yeap! and I'm suppose to be having MY holidays. And i think that is so wrong, wanna know why?

Sighs~ the title above is a Manga i once read...say..in high school? I didn't complete reading it as the manga was licensed half way in scanlating...sad ite? and I, as a broke student (Psst: so come more often ok,raise my hits so i can get more $$) din have the money to buy ori MANGA *wails*

Since then, the copy of this manga (which ever vol that i hv) has been kept nicely in a corner of my hard disk :D Until recently, Yuki came over and then she recommended tht i watch "yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge" and wala~! it's out again :p

The website that Yuki gave me to stream the movie sucks - all thanks to my crappy connection...so i had to load part by part in youtube....even then, i missed out some! But being as imaginative as i could be, you should know that it didn't stop me from loading the episodes that are available *grins proudly*...now i have to hunt for the anime version...if you guys kw where to watch it..let me kw *winks*

You see, the 3 of us have been studying together for finals, and obviously it's a stressful time ...when we were there to sumwhat support and help one another. Really appreciate their company and help...coz I'm stupid...

So ...let's see....
When Charis is stress.. she becomes whiny... and bossy, and moody, and ready to kill mood...above all? She stones!

As for Aliza, she becomes CRAZY! trust me...she hears one of U-Kiss song lyric as..."chicken pie" ..and this is Aliza's crazy mode..O-N

As for me~ Oh well, I have my crazy moments too...and the depressing ones...and the emo ones...and the frustrated ones...and the "give my bf hell" ones... yeap~ alot of all these mix together...most of all~
